Members Area - Overtime

Overtime: Ordinary overtime is paid at time and a third. Rest day working with less than 15 days' notice is payable at time and a half. The counting of the 15 days does not include the day you are told you are working and the day you actually are working. It must be 15 clear days. It is entirely the choice of the officer as to whether they take the overtime for payment or as time off in lieu. If the overtime is pre-planned then officers should not be losing the first half hour of overtime.
