Poll Results

All surveys strive for a high response rate. High response rates help to lower sampling errors. However, no single response rate is considered the standard. The most important consideration, overall, is how the sample is representative of the entire Federated ranks within Sussex Police.

Please ensure you take part in the monthly polls - we do listen to and value your views.

Poll for September 2010

In considering the benefits contained within our Group Life / Accident Insurance scheme how would you want to change these benefits?

In completing this poll it is important to remember that a better benefit is likely to cost more in terms of the premium paid.

The current premium for a serving officer is £20.45 and for cover of a spouse or partner is £25.50 per month.

Bearing this in mind and assuming that you would not want to reduce any of the current benefits, option A in all the answers is the current benefit, option B would cost slightly more and option C would probably cost the most.
